DISCLAIMER

I hereby give permission for my child to participate in courses sponsored by Global Child Inc. I acknowledge and accept that participation in the program involves inherent risks. I waive and release all claims against Global Child Inc., its employees, and representatives for any accidental injuries or damage that may occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Global Child Inc. or its representatives.

I understand that I am responsible for picking up my child promptly at the end of each class. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or removal from the program. ($25/5 mins. late pick up)

If my child is unable to follow classroom expectations, and after communication with the instructor and myself, the issue persists to the extent that it disrupts the learning environment, I understand that Global Child Inc. may require my child to be withdrawn from the program. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

No refunds will be granted after the first class of the semester, regardless of circumstances.

Global Child Inc. reserves the right to cancel a class if fewer than eight (8) students register. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. Additionally, I acknowledge that Global Child Inc. may adjust my child’s course placement as necessary to best accommodate their learning level.

By submitting my registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.
